What is the Lateral Thinking Project?

Storytelling has played a gigantic role in my life to this point. However, I have so much work, so many stories that go untold and never see the light of day. Instagram has always been a great platform for sharing work, but is limiting in its ability to help you share a full story. I needed something more. Something bigger. Something more creative. That gave way for The Lateral Thinking project. It was time to think differently about how to share my work. Creating is one thing and sharing is another, equally large piece. I’m still mastering that half, but this is the most wholesome step towards the delicate handling of the stories I have the opportunity to tell.
Art is EVERYWHERE
After two years of creating and posting within the Project, my largest takeaway is that art is quite literally all around us. Opportunites to capture amazing moments and gather inspiration are in all places at all times. When you’re perspective shifts and suddenly you see moments differently, the possibilities become an endless plume of magic.
